Okay people, I’m well on my way to sinus infection #2 of the last 2 1/2 months. I eat fairly healthy, I’m active, I get plenty of Vitamin C. I get sick way too often and I’m seriously over it. So help me out: what are your tips for boosting the immune system?

Apparently a really quick and easy way to get some people to make complete asses of themselves is to say something negative about Rick Perry on Facebook. Then you just sit back and watch the ignorance and hatred come spewing out.

I find that I will work out ten times as hard and twice as long if I’m listening to music with a strong, energetic beat. That being said, I listen to a lot of the same stuff and I’m getting bored. So, what are your favorite songs to listen to when you work out? What gets you really pumped up?
