Last night was the first night I’ve gotten more than 4 hours of sleep in 4 nights. In fact I was in bed for a full 8 hours.
The problem is, I was so excited about finally getting to sleep that I kept waking up all night thinking, “Oh I still have like 5/4/3/etc. hours to sleep!” After all the nighttime wakings, I am now no less tired than I was yesterday.
I don’t understand this, but I’m pretty sure my body is a dumbass.
